1. Current site operator

This website and the nexuspens.com domain are currently held and operated on a temporary, pre-launch basis by the domain registrant (the “Current Operator”), who provides hosting and technical administration only. The Current Operator does not manufacture, warehouse, source, or fulfill any product, and does not process live payments through this site at this time.

Operation of this website, the domain, and any commercial activity conducted through it is intended to transfer to a separate operating entity (“the Company”). Upon transfer, these Terms will be superseded by terms issued by the Company. Until that transfer occurs, the Current Operator's role is limited to hosting this site and assumes no liability for orders, products, or content beyond that technical role.

2. Hardware only — no substances

This site sells mechanical delivery-pen hardware, cartridge housings, and accessories only (“Hardware”). No product listed contains, and no product sold through this site will include, any liquid, drug, chemical, or other substance. The Company does not sell, compound, distribute, or promote any pharmaceutical or controlled substance of any kind.

3. No medical, legal, or professional advice

Content on this site — including product descriptions and the engineering specifications page — is provided for general informational purposes only and describes the Hardware's mechanical specifications. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your situation.

4. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that your purchase complies with the laws applicable to you. You are responsible for determining whether purchasing this Hardware is lawful in your jurisdiction before ordering.

5. Products sold as-is

Hardware is sold as described on its product page, with no warranty beyond what is stated there. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, Hardware is final sale once its packaging seal has been broken. Unopened items in original, tamper-evident packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and a restocking fee.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time, including in connection with the transfer described in Section 1. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
